1998 17' Yamaha Exciter 270

This is a fun little boat. It has one new engine and new throttle cables. However, it does have it's problems so this is not a boat for a new boat owner.  It probably needs about $1,000 of work to get it back into smooth working order...hence the lower price; and if you're into working on boats its a steal.  Current issues are: Needs new gaskets around the engine exhausts, I use starter fluid to get the engines going so it probably has a fuel pump issue, the oil supply doesn't work reliably but that seems to be a problem with this boat in general so I just add the oil straight into the gas tank, and it needs to be cleaned up.  Having said all of that I have had fun with it over the years I just don't have time to keep up with it any more.  It's sitting in my garage.  I can start the engines for you but probably won't be able to put it in the water.
