Walker Bay 8ft Sail Boat w/ 2 Rigs! Great Condition! (The Woodlands

I am selling a fully loaded 8ft Walker Bay sailboat. The boat comes with 2 rigs and tons of accessories. There are even some duplicates just in case you break anything! The photos are at the end of the ad.
For sale are the following items:
The Boat
Gaff Rig (quadrangular sail - easy to control/learn on, but less efficient and slower when going up-wind)
-Two-pice mast and joint
-Sail
Marconi Rig (triangular sail - faster and more efficient, good at going up wind)
-Two-pice mast
-Boom
-Sail
High-quality oars and oar locks
Rudder and tiller (I believe I have an extra rudder and/or tiller. I will update this ad as soon as I know for sure)
Centerboard (I believe I also have an extra of this as well, but it may only be 1 or the other. I will update ASAP)
Dock line
This boat is very versatile! You can sail on it or row it. The boat also has a place to mount a small motor. The weight capacity of the boat is 365 pounds.
